Baking has been a cherished part of my life for many years. During the pandemic I began making scones and have been honing my craft ever since. To me, baking is soul-nourishing, bringing people together.

I’ve spent years testing recipes, adjusting ingredients, and figuring out what makes a scone worth driving across town for. The answer, I’ve learned, is simple: real butter, fresh ingredients, and baking every order by hand.

The name “Yum Bites” comes from my dad, Bruce. Near the end of his life, words were hard for him. But when I’d bring him a warm blueberry scone, he’d say “yum.” Every time. I kept baking them for him right up until he passed. Bruce’s Blueberry Yum Bites are named in his honor, and they’re still my most popular scone.

I’m a certified Colorado cottage baker licensed by the state. Every order is made fresh. I don’t pre-bake and sit on inventory. When you order, I bake.

I deliver across Metro Denver on Fridays through Sundays. Large scones start at $5 If you don’t see a flavor you want, just ask — I love a challenge.
