Baking has been a cherished part of my life for many years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I began making scones and have been honing my craft ever since. To me, baking is soul-nourishing - it brings people together and brings out the best in all of us.

One of my most special baking memories is of my father and his love for my blueberry scones. His simple yet heartfelt expression, “Yum”, was a testament to how much he enjoyed them. Even after he lost the ability to speak, he could still vocalize a joyful “yum.” He savored every bite of the scones I made right up until he passed, and in his honor, I named my signature creation Bruce’s Blueberry Yum Bites.

I invite you to try all the flavors I offer, and if you don’t see a favorite, just ask - I love creating new ones. As a cottage baker, I sell my scones exclusively to customers in Colorado.
